Less lecturing.
More speaking.

We’re building an English membership for French-speaking working holidaymakers preparing for, or already living in, Australia. Short recorded lessons give them a foundation. You help turn that learning into conversation.

01 /

Lead speaking workshops

Guide live Zoom sessions with structured pair and small-group activities. Explain the task, model useful language, visit breakout rooms and bring learners together for feedback.

Think: café orders, job interviews and asking for clarification.

02 /

Make feedback personal

Listen to short student voice recordings. Review AI-assisted draft feedback and give clear, encouraging corrections that help learners take one useful step forward.

Your teaching judgment stays at the centre of every correction.

Build better practice

Help adapt reusable role-plays, prompts and learning activities. Share what works with beginners and help us improve the experience as we test and grow.

Bring practical ideas from the classroom into the learning materials.

A clear communicator.
A patient coach.
A dependable teammate.

You enjoy helping adults speak—even when they’re nervous, make mistakes or need a little more time.

Who will I be teaching?

Adult French-speaking learners preparing for or living in Australia on a working holiday. Many need beginner-friendly support for everyday conversations, job interviews and workplace English.

What do the live workshops look like?

Our initial plan is to pilot workshops with approximately 20–30 learners per facilitator. Students practise in pairs or small breakout groups, supported by clear tasks and prompts. You guide the session, monitor selected groups and give shared feedback. This format will be tested and refined during the pilot.

What are the hours and compensation?

We’re recruiting towards an initial full-time teaching team. The application asks for your preferred workload, recurring availability and expected compensation in Philippine pesos. Final hours, compensation and engagement terms will be discussed before an offer.

Do I need to speak French or have an Australian accent?

No. Clear, understandable English and effective teaching are what matter. French and familiarity with Australian English are useful advantages, but neither is compulsory.

Does my introduction need to be professionally filmed?

No. A simple recording from your normal teaching space is ideal. Prioritise clear audio and a natural delivery. The form provides the one-minute brief and lets you upload a video or share a link. Please use your own voice, without an AI avatar or generated voice.

What if I need help with the video application?

Choose “Request an alternative or help submitting” in the form and tell us what would help. You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information.
